Hello and welcome to our website dedicated to the parish of Waresley-cum-Tetworth. The aim of this site is to provide an insight into the life of the village and to provide details of local amenities, a contact point for parishioners to view parish council minutes and to make any comments regarding village and parish life in general.

The parish council meets on a regular basis in the village hall. We will publish the current agenda, latest and past minutes for you to download and read. If your have any matters that need discussing, you can contact the parish clerk via this page.
Our parish has a mixed range of businesses and amenities on offer to locals and visitors to the area. We have a thriving garden centre and free range egg producer, plus village hall and our resident sculptor. Visit this area of the site for more information.
The parish of Waresley-cum-Tetworth has had an interesting history, from the days of the Doomsday book and through the years of the Earls in residence in the manor house. Our most famous family are the Duncombes, which lends its name to the local pub.
